In 2025, the first two EVC pure electric tractor trucks from Qingling completed field trial operations in Vietnam. Demonstrating exceptional performance in terms of power, range, operational costs, and safety and reliability, the vehicles proved highly suitable for port logistics and high-frequency, heavy-load transport along fixed routes—earning high praise from both the client and the local industry.

The 50 Qingling EVC61 battery-swappable tractor trucks delivered in this batch have officially joined the fleet of Vietnam’s Hao Hung Group. They will primarily handle short-to-medium-haul transport—covering the approximately 150-kilometer route from wood chip processing plants to Chan May Port—thereby contributing to the green, low-carbon transformation of the local logistics system.
Integrated Service Support Drives the Green Upgrade of Cross-Border Logistics
As a key deep-water port in Central Vietnam, Chan May Port serves as a vital hub for the export of Hao Hung Group’s products. Given the high frequency and intensity of transport on this route, Qingling Motors provided a comprehensive, end-to-end solution—encompassing commercial planning, product adaptation, rigorous pre-delivery quality inspections, and after-sales support.

To ensure stable, full-lifecycle operation for vehicles in overseas markets, Qingling has assembled a specialized support team—integrating expertise from R&D, quality control, after-sales, and marketing. The company has also established on-site service, pre-positioned spare parts, localized technical training, and rapid-response mechanisms to fully safeguard the operational profitability of its overseas clients.
Advancing the "Chongqing-Made Vehicles Go Global" Initiative: Tapping into the Southeast Asian New Energy Commercial Vehicle Market
As a major state-owned enterprise in Chongqing and a "chain-leader" company in the intelligent, connected, new-energy commercial vehicle sector, Qingling has over 40 years of industry experience and a robust innovation and industrial chain. This bulk delivery serves not only as a replicable model for the large-scale export of Qingling’s new-energy commercial vehicles, but also as a prime example of Chongqing’s state-owned enterprises collaborating to expand internationally.

Currently, the Southeast Asian market for new-energy commercial vehicles is entering a period of rapid growth. Over the next 3–5 years, the transition from internal combustion engines to electric powertrains for urban light-duty logistics vehicles will accelerate, while the infrastructure and industrial ecosystem for charging and battery-swapping—covering medium- and heavy-duty trucks—will continue to mature. Qingling will persist in driving product evolution through technological innovation and deepening international cooperation, thereby injecting robust momentum into global green logistics and the high-quality development of the "Belt and Road" initiative.
